Established in 2007 as an alternative to school bus transportation, Clubhouse is a safe and fun environment providing before and after school care for the students of St. Peter’s Lutheran School. Operating in the day school cafeteria, Clubhouse is flexible to meet your childcare needs whether it is before school only, an hour on certain days, or every day of the week. Clubhouse is available to all St. Peter’s Day School and Preschool (ages 3-5) children. Hours are 7:00-8:30am and 3:00-5:30pm. In the event of a school delay, Clubhouse will be open from 8:00am to 9:50am.
FEES
The Clubhouse fee is $1.75 per child per half hour or any portion of a half hour. Your account balance will be available through FACTS. You will pre-fund your Clubhouse account and also have the option to pre-fund your Clubhouse Snack account. Early Arrival or Late Pick Up Fee is $1 per child, per minute outside of normal Clubhouse hours. Late payment fee will be assessed on outstanding balances.
MORNING PROCEDURE
Students are to be dropped off at the entrance to the school cafeteria. All students on school property and not under parental supervision prior to 7:50am will be sent to Clubhouse.
AFTERNOON PROCEDURE
Students will proceed directly to the cafeteria. Any child not picked up by 3:40pm will be sent to Clubhouse until a parent arrives. A parent or his designee must sign out each child. Student athletes who have their parent’s permission may have coaches sign them out to attend a sporting event in which the student is participating.
RULES
Clubhouse rules are essential to providing a safe environment for our students. All school rules must also be followed in Clubhouse. School rules are available for review in the school handbook.
SNACKS
Snacks may be purchased at Clubhouse or brought from home. When sending a snack, it is strongly recommended that parents send an appropriately healthy snack with their child. When purchasing a snack from Clubhouse, prepayment is required. If there is no money in the account, no snack will be issued. Please plan accordingly.
